We link the exact page used and state when it was checked. A search-result snippet or repeated rumor is not promoted to confirmation just because many pages repeat it.
Status vocabulary
“Launch fighter,” “story unlock,” “announced,” “vote candidate,” “scheduled,” and “available” describe different states. A named Year 1 character is not shown as playable before release. A vote candidate is not described as DLC unless selected. A platform date in the future remains scheduled.
Rankings and recommendations
Tier lists are volatile opinion. Our tier page attributes each visible judgment, preserves its date, and does not average subjective lists into an invented score. Playstyle and entry difficulty are also framed as launch estimates, not permanent character truths.
Corrections
A material correction updates the visible claim, source ledger, verification date, and change log together. Minor spelling or presentation fixes may not receive a standalone timeline entry. Reports should include the affected URL, the claim, and a stronger or newer source.
